How a project actually starts

If you would rather write, the short form on this page asks for a name, a way to reach you, and a note. That note goes to the studio desk as a lead, at the top of the queue, not into a ticket system nobody watches. You get a reply at the email you gave. We do not add you to a list because you asked for a site.

Tell us the business, the town or whether you sell nationally, and how a customer reaches you today. A sentence is enough: “we are a roofing company and the phone is the business,” or “the site still has the theme’s sample description.” If you already know the pages, the offer, and the phrases people search, the discovery questionnaire is the better page. It is six short sections, and a draft stays in your browser so you can leave and come back. Do not use it when all you have is a question. Use the form.

The first conversation is about the job, not a package name. Most service businesses need a Launch site: builds from $750, typically $750 to $1,500, with the pages, the phone link, and search setup that points at the real URL. Hosting and care, if you want the certificate, the backups, and a short block of text edits, start at $39.99 a month. You can stop. The site you paid for stays yours. Booking, memberships, logins, and custom software are quoted separately. We would rather say that on the call than hide a portal inside a website price.

If you have a site already, run the free website audit before you write a long brief. It reads the live page and scores the checks that decide whether someone can find it and call. It does not invent traffic. Bring the score to the call, or do not. We will look ourselves. We work with restaurants, contractors, auto shops, venues, clinics, and businesses that do not fit a category. The industry pages describe what changes by trade. The service pages describe web design, web apps, hosting, and search. Nationwide means remote. The phone is still the Knoxville number.

What we will not do: pretend a chatbot is the studio, quote a price that leaves the writing and the phone link as your homework, or start design from a stock city skyline that could be any firm. If you have photos of the truck, the room, or the bay, say so. If you do not, we will not fake a team. After you send the note, you should hear back about whether the next step is a Launch site, a repair, or an app. If we are the wrong fit, we will say that too.
