Restaurant websites that match the dining room

A restaurant website fails in a specific way. The hours on the site disagree with Google, the menu lives on a PDF from two seasons ago, and the "order" button leaves for a marketplace that shows a different phone number. True North Web Design builds restaurant sites that keep those facts in one place. Launch builds start at $750. Call (865) 235-1305. We work with dining rooms anywhere in the country, not only in Tennessee.

The first screen should answer where you are, when you are open, and how to get a table or a takeout order. A slogan is not that answer. If Wednesday lunch ends at 2 and the site says 8, you will spend the week apologizing to people who drove over. We treat hours, the address, and the phone as content that has to match the Google profile, not as footer decoration.

Menus are the page, not an attachment nobody updates. We structure them so a person can read tonight's offer on a phone without pinching a scanned flyer. If the menu changes daily, we will say whether you need a simple editor or whether a photo of the board is the honest system. We will not build a fourteen-field admin for a specials chalkboard you write with chalk.

Catering, private rooms, and holiday ordering are often the money, and they are often a paragraph under the lunch menu. Those offers get their own page when they are a real service: who it is for, how far you travel, how to ask, and what a deposit looks like. A banquet room that can only be booked by calling a number that is not linked is a lost Tuesday.

Third-party listings are not your site. If Facebook, a delivery app, or a tourism directory is the only place with a menu, you do not control the hours or the photos. The site should be the source those listings ought to copy. Search setup on the build includes a title and description that say restaurant, town or region, and the kind of meal, plus one headline. We do not keyword-stuff every neighborhood you will deliver to.

Photos matter more here than on most service sites, and stock food is obvious. If you have pictures of the plates and the room, we use them and write alt text that says what is in the picture. If you do not, the audit and the first call will include a straight note: the site cannot invent the dining room.

Online ordering and reservations that run through another product can stay, as long as the path is obvious and the hours agree. A custom ordering app is a different quote. Most dining rooms need the site first. Run the free audit on the URL you have, or call (865) 235-1305 and tell us how people book tonight.

A dining site fails in ordinary ways. The hours on the site disagree with the Google profile and with the door. The menu is a PDF from last spring, or a photo of a board nobody can read on a phone. Reservations dump the guest into a third-party page that still shows the old room. Online ordering hides the fact that you only do takeout after 8. Private events are a paragraph with no phone. We write the opposite: the real hours, the real menu or a clear link to the current one, and a booking path that a person can finish without guessing which brand you meant. Photography should be the room you have, not a stock dining room in another city. A custom ordering app is a different quote. Most rooms need the site first. The Launch range is $750 to $1,500. Care covers the hour change and the seasonal dish line. Run the free audit on the URL you have, or call (865) 235-1305 and say how people book tonight, including the parties and the off-hours.

Questions we hear

Can you put our menu online?
Yes. A readable menu on the site is part of a restaurant build. A system for daily specials is scoped to how often the board actually changes.
Will this replace DoorDash or OpenTable?
Not by default. We make the path to the system you use clear, and we quote a custom order flow only if you want to own it.
What does it cost?
A Launch restaurant site starts at $750 and typically lands between $750 and $1,500. Ordering apps are quoted separately.

The audit is free. It reads the live page and scores the checks that decide whether someone calls. Or talk to a person: (865) 235-1305.
