True North Web Design is one studio, not a franchise that changes owners at every zip code. The phone on this site, (865) 235-1305, rings in the Eastern time zone. The clients are not limited to one county. A contractor three states away, a shop that ships, and a restaurant that only cares about the map pack get the same standard: the headline says the offer, the number is a real tap-to-call link, and each service has a page of its own. We do not hand the page to a rotating bench of strangers and call that a national network.

Nationwide, here, means the work is remote. You do not fly in for a kickoff deck. Discovery is a call, the contact form, or the six-section questionnaire when you already know the pages. Before any of that, you can paste the address you have into the free website audit and see the checks that decide whether the page can be indexed and whether a person on a phone can call you. The score is about that page. It is not a slide with invented traffic numbers.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern. A West Coast morning still reaches a person. Notes that arrive after hours land on the studio desk, and someone replies at the email you gave. We do not put a chatbot in front of the number and call it service. If the job is a Launch site, the build starts at $750 and usually finishes between $750 and $1,500. Hosting and care, when you want the certificate, the backups, and a short block of content edits, start at $39.99 a month. There is no long lock-in. The site you paid to build stays yours.

The process does not change with the time zone. We agree on the job first: calls, bookings, or a tool the staff already does in a spreadsheet. Then we write the structure. A service business usually needs a home page, the services as separate pages, proof you can stand behind, and a way to make contact. A national offer has to make sense to someone who has never heard of your town. A local offer has to match the Google profile: one name, one phone, one set of hours. We will say which one you are. Stuffing a city name into every sentence does not rank a national product, and it reads as spam to the person who did land there.

Industry pages exist because a menu is not a service-area page and a bay schedule is not a reservation widget. Restaurants, home-service contractors, auto shops, venues, and clinics each get a page that talks about that trade, with a link onward to web design, web apps, hosting, and search setup. If we have a short video for that industry, the page shows it. If it does not, the page does not pretend there is a video. Pricing states the Launch range in the open. If a host you already like is fine and the page is the problem, say so on the call. Moving a weak site to a faster server does not create a headline or a working phone link.

Start with the free website audit, read the services and industries, or call (865) 235-1305. The contact form is there when you would rather write than talk.

Questions about working nationwide

Do you only work in Tennessee?
No. The studio phone, (865) 235-1305, is a Knoxville number. Design, writing, and launch are remote for clients anywhere in the United States.
Do I have to visit an office?
No. A call, the contact form, or the discovery questionnaire is enough to start. The free website audit can come before any of those.
What does a first website cost?
Launch builds from $750 and usually finishes between $750 and $1,500. Hosting and care, if you want it, starts at $39.99 a month. Apps and custom software are quoted separately.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern. Notes that arrive later still get a reply from a person.
