The site
This website is a studio portfolio and a way to start a conversation. Looking around, scoring a public homepage, or completing the questionnaire does not create a contract. Work begins only when both sides agree in writing on scope and price.
The score and the field
The score and the competitor read look at public HTML. They are a structured opinion about titles, headlines, mobile setup, and whether a crawler can find the page. They are not a ranking report, a traffic study, a security test, or a promise that a change will make money. You may only point them at public sites you have a reason to read. Do not use them to disrupt, overload, or probe a private system.
Acceptable use
Do not break the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or present our work, writing, or score output as your own. Do not upload anything unlawful through the questionnaire. We may refuse a request that asks us to copy another studio’s work or to mislead a customer.
No warranty
The site is provided as it stands. Pages, scores, and case studies can change. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or that a score is complete. To the extent the law allows, True North Web Design is not liable for lost profits or decisions you make from a score. Some states do not allow certain limits. In those cases the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, unless the law requires otherwise.
