What we aim for
True North Web Design wants this website to work with a keyboard, a screen reader, and a phone. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We have not been certified, and we do not claim that every page already meets that level.
If something is hard to use
Call (865) 235-1305 or use the contact form and include the word accessibility. Tell us the page and what got in the way. We will work on a fix and reply by email or phone. We will not text you unless you explicitly ask us to.
Client sites
This statement covers choosetruenorth.com. A site we build for a client has its own statement, written for that business.
